⚡ What's inside the practice videos?

Cesar shared 2 practice sessions and we went through both of them with great detail on a video call.

Inside of the videos he will go into detail on:

  • Emphasis on reading drills to sharpen player decision-making under pressure
  • Structured sequences like "Four Ball" to replicate real-game flow
  • Mixing positional groups to improve all-around ball control and awareness
  • Use of progressive tempo-setting to align middles and setters effectively
  • Scoring systems that reward quality repetitions over sheer volume
  • Daily competitive elements like “Bagher League” to build intensity and focus
  • Customized serve-and-pass drills based on opponent tendencies
  • Gamified passing targets that push players to sustain high-level consistency
  • and so much more

Enjoy!

And a big thanks to Cesar for cooperating and creating this together.
